PRODUCER SCOTT STORCH ROBBED IN NEW YORK AT GUN POINT !
Scott Storch was robbed at gunpoint outside of a New York City hotel early this morning, according to DMK/SWAHILI media i reporter. Two men with guns allegedly approached the producer and threatened his life as he was leaving the New York Palace Hotel.
Storch, 39, had just gotten into a chauffeured SUV when the thieves forced him and a companion to hand over a briefcase containing as much as $5,000 in cash and roughly $100,000 worth of jewelry. The gunmen never fired their weapons, but ordered Storch's driver to hand over the SUV keys before they eventually escaped to a waiting vehicle.
Storch, who is in the Big Apple for the MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday (Aug. 25), filed a report with the NYPD. No one was hurt in the incident. The beatmaster had built a multi-million dollar fortune producing for the likes of Chris Brown, T.I., Snoop Dogg and more, but a drug addiction and his own run-ins with the law, including being busted in Las Vegas for cocaine possession in 2012, stalled the New York native's career.
DMX ARRESTED AGAIN IN SC !
The cops pulled over a car he was riding in for making an illegal U-turn in South Carolina
During the stop, cops say they found weed in the car and put the rapper in 'cuffs. Cops say they also noticed a warrant out for DMX stemming from a previous driving without a license case and informed him that he needed to go to jail.
Cops say X was a passenger in an F350 truck that made an illegal lane change. When they stopped the ride, cops say they found a bag of weed sitting on the arm rest of the passenger door, where X was sitting. Cops say one of the officers recognized DMX during the arrest and knew there was an active warrant for his arrest.
The officers proceeded to search the car ... and found 3 more bags of weed under the driver's floor board. ... so they cited the driver for possession of weed. According to the report, DMX became "very aggressive with this words and was making multiple idle threats."
