Halle Berry Pregnant!!!....46 Year Old Halle Berry Announced She's Pregnant With Her 2nd Child, And It's a BOY!! -- Last year, Halle Berry said that her daughter Nahla had been hoping for a younger sibling, and the 4-year-old is finally getting her wish: ABC has confirmed that the actress, 46, is pregnant.
“[Nahla] says, ‘God, please bring me a bunk bed and a baby sister,’” she said last fall. “I say, ‘I can do one of those things, I know for sure. The other one, we’ve got to keep praying on.’”
Berry and her fiancé Olivier Martinez, 47, are expecting a baby boy, TMZ reported, though her rep would not confirm that detail.

The couple was engaged in January, 2012. “I have an amazing daughter that I’m wildly proud of who’s the love of my life,” Berry said in October. “In my life, I think about what images I’m modeling for my daughter; decisions I’m making and how that will affect her in her life.”
Surely, that will continue with baby number two, as well.

Wesley Snipes Released From 'Federal Prison' After Serving 3 Year Sentence On Tax Charge Conviction!!

Wesley Snipes Out Of 'Federal Prison' After Serving Three-Years For Tax Charges!! -- Actor Wesley Snipes has been released from a federal prison where he was serving a three-year sentence after being convicted on tax charges in February 2010.

The release to a supervised residential location in New York occurred Tuesday, the Federal Bureau of Prisons told CNN. Snipes, 50, who starred in the "Blade" action movies and "White Men Can't Jump," had been serving time at a federal prison in Pennsylvania. A jury convicted him of willfully failing to file tax returns for 1999, 2000 and 2001.

Snipes was acquitted of felony tax fraud and conspiracy charges.
In June 2011, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal of his sentence, which he had argued was too harsh for a misdemeanor conviction.

Jay-Z And Beyonce Under Investigation Over a Fifth Wedding Anniversary Trip To Cuba Without a License!! -- Pop power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce have caused a small furore over a fifth wedding anniversary trip to Cuba. The pair were greeted by big crowds as they strolled through the capital, Havana, where they ate at some of the city's best restaurants, danced to Cuban music, walked through historic Old Havana and posed for pictures with locals.

But a long-standing US trade embargo against Cuba prevents most Americans from traveling to the Communist-ruled island without a license from the government. And on Friday two Republican members of congress for Florida asked Adam Szubin, director of the Office of Foreign Assets Control, for "information regarding the type of license that Beyonce and Jay-Z received, for what purpose, and who approved such travel."

Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Mario Diaz-Balart represent districts where there is a high Cuban-American population. The letter said: "Despite the clear prohibition against tourism in Cuba, numerous press reports described the couple's trip as tourism, and the Castro regime touted it as such in its propaganda.

"We represent a community of many who have been deeply and personally harmed by the Castro regime's atrocities, including former political prisoners and the families of murdered innocents."

Beyonce's representatives did not immediately respond for comment yesterday. The State Department said it had no prior knowledge of the trip, and a spokeswoman at the U.S. Interests Section in Havana said she did not know if the couple obtained a license for their trip. If they did not, they could face a fine.

The embargo is not as stringent as it once was, with President Barack Obama's administration easing restrictions on travel to Cuba for academic, religious or cultural exchanges......

I am sure they will pay the fine....they dont care...they got money and they had good time.
