Adama Amanda Ndiaye was born in Kinshasa, Zaire(now called the republic of Congo) and immigrated with her parents to Paris France on the age of 3. She later developed a passion for fashion, which has now blossomed to the elegant and edgy Adama Paris. She explains that the inspiration behind her bikini line is sensuality and womanity. She want to create something that would appeal to different women and make them feel womanly and sexy. Well, she has done a great job doing that. Ms. Adama took the time off her fashionable schedule to talk to us.ABINA: Whatinspired you to do a swimming collection now and not from the beginning of your collections?immigrated with her parents to Paris France on the age of 3.  Adama: I started surfing a few years ago, that’s what really fuelled my desire to do a swim wear range. I wanted to have something unique and different whilst I was surfing and I also thought to use wax in a different way so as to bring exotic-ness, glamour & sexiness back!
DMK: You are Senegalese but born in, the then called Zaire. Do you see a difference in the fashion of these two countries? If so, what difference?
Adama: My parents were diplomats so I was born in Kinshasa but we left for Paris when I was 3 years old and I never had the opportunity to go back. In this respect, I am not sure what fashion is like back in DRC except for the fashionable “Sapeurs” that we’ve all heard about!
What I can tell you however is that Senegalese have a great sense of style more than the French even but the cultures & the styles are different so it’s hard to compare.

BOUNCERS HANDLE MAN AFTER HE INSULTED BEYONCE !

                       beyonce back stage
I guess you gotta check yourself before you speak nagative toward Beyonce if you don’t want your ass kicked or jacked  the effup…..
According to the Metro newspaper across the pond, a man got himself handled after he dared to disrespect the Queen herself, Beyonce.  Yes, Jay-Z’s bodyguards were described as being involved in a “ruckus” at BBC Radio 1′s Hackney Weekend after some fool tried to shade Houston’s finest.
The ’99 Problems’ hitmaker’s entourage reportedly “piled in” on a man after he upset the rapper’s wife backstage at the London music event this weekend.
A source told the Metro newspaper: “Someone in the entourage said something to Beyonce to really upset her.
“Jay-Z’s bouncers moved in and there was a massive ruckus. Things really kicked off as his heavies all piled in on the guy.”
Meanwhile, Jay-Z and the other stars performing at the event – including Rihanna, Leona Lewis and Jessie J – were told not to make backstage demands unless they paid £1,000 for a rider, and all artists were provided with a shopping list of items they could buy to make their dressing rooms cosier.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “The VIP artists got quite a shock when they were booked.
“They were told they were welcome to bring an entourage and their families as long as they paid for their fair share of the facilities themselves.
“To have a rider, they had to fork out £1,000 – and that’s per rider.”
Despite the price tag, Jay-Z still opted for brown leather sofas, white carpets and pashminas in his backstage area.

NAOMI CAMPBEL GETTING BETTER WITH AGE..SHE DRESSES UP IN FALLS MOST EXQUISITELY EMBELLISHED PIECES !

Super model Naomi Campbell dressed up in the most exquisitely embellished pieces   during a photo shoot for the July issue of W magazine.
As styled by Giovanna Battaglia, and photographed by Emma Summerton, she was photographed in designs by Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, Prada, Marc Jacobs, Dolce & Gabbana, Etro and Mary Katrantzou. After 27 years of vamping on catwalks and posing for cameras, Naomi Campbell, 42, has some advice to impart to young models: “Whatever you do, do it 110 percent,” she says, sounding unnervingly stern. “That’s what my mother taught me, and it’s what I’ve always believed in.” Such words of wisdom are but a teaser for her new show The Face, a model-competition series airing next year on the Oxygen network. Campbell (whose early television appearances included a role on The Cosby Show in 1988) will star as a mentor—responsible for “nurturing” contestants. The supermodel-turned-celebrity is close enough with Nelson Mandela to call him “granddad,” but she’s not above doing, and watching, reality TV. “I love the Real Housewives—all of them,” she effuses. “Of course, I would never expose myself in that way,” adds Campbell, who now resides in Moscow with her billionaire boyfriend, Vladislav Doronin, and would make a spectacular Russian Housewife, if there ever were one. “But I’m happy to share my experiences.”
