Floyd is being kept in isolation for 23 hours a day for his own protection but his attorneys call that cruel and inhuman punishment and say Floyd is not getting adequate food and exercise and that,“any lengthy period of time with an inappropriate diet, coupled with lack of regular exercise, will most likely lead to irreversible damage to Mr. Mayweather’s physique.”
Floyd is asking to finishing his remaining three months on house arrest.
