They are permanently replaced by Angela Simmons.

DWYANE WADE PAYS 5 MILLION TO DIVORCE HIS X WIFE !
Basketball superstar Dwyane Wade will pay his former high school sweetheart, Siohvaughn Funches-Wade, $5 million in a divorce settlement that a judge decided was valid on Monday, the Sun-Times is reporting. The settlement also includes a “non-disparage” agreement in which each party must refrain from making disparaging remarks about the other.
Funches-Wade also will receive the couples’ former mansion in South Holland and four cars.
Brian Hurst, an attorney for Funches-Wade, argued that his client never fully agreed to all the provisions in the settlement, including the “non-disparage” provision. But Cook County Circuit Court Judge John Thomas Carr decided both parties did agree on the deal and he found the settlement valid, effectively ending a six-year divorce proceeding that has drawn national attention.
Exactly what will constitute a disparaging remark still needs to be hammered out, but Wade’s attorney, James Pritikin, expects violation of the terms would result in a fine. Pritikin said protection from disparaging remarks also would extend to Wade’s family members, as well as his girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union.
Outside the courtroom Monday, Funches-Wade expressed her displeasure with the decision. “My voice isn’t for sale, my story isn’t for sale, no thank you.” Wade did not attend the hearing.
Funches-Wade, who on Friday sat outside the Daley Center with a cardboard sign that read: “NBA Miami Heat star, mother of his children on the streets,” has repeatedly said the three-time Miami Heat champion has not kept his obligation to pay $25,000 a month in spousal support.
Pritikin dismissed the assertion and issued a written statement Monday afternoon: “Dwyane Wade has made several requests over the years to settle this matter, despite Ms. Funches having 16 different attorneys and 2 arrests throughout this process. Mr. Wade has provided a very generous settlement to Ms. Funches to continue to live a wonderful lifestyle for the rest of her life.
Despite false allegations by Ms. Funches claiming to be ‘homeless’ and ‘destitute,’ Dwyane Wade has maintained over the years financial support to his ex-wife by providing her with income over $25,000 on a monthly basis, timely paid for her home mortgage, maintenance and security at the house, 4 cars, insurance, taxes and all of her attorney fees throughout this process.

Like Eminem before him, Timberlake brings a lot of white faces into the audience, so – for the first time since maybe MTV Unplugged – "Jigga What, Jigga Who" was cleaned up to its radio edit title. He also adds energy, motion and light, as well as much-needed change for Jay, who has largely been performing the same show for several years. For his part, Jay fills time where Justin would probably not be able to: Having gone platinum on twelve separate albums, the rapper’s catalog is unmatched. Justin – comparatively flaunting a half-page resume – is far more reliant on newer material, devoting seven minutes each to the great "Pusher Love Girl" and "Let the Groove Get In," another five to the "Tunnel Vision." (Jay’s "FuckwithmeyouknowIgotit" and "Tom Ford" take about five minutes, combined.) Maybe it’s a surprise, maybe it’s not, but the two artists’ recent offerings – skewered by many writers – mostly sound like hits when surrounded by nothing but hits. (This excludes Timberlake’s "Take Back the Night," which – in an open stadium – sounds like he’s singing into an aquarium.)

Attention all clothing companies:Taylor fans don't think jokes about her ex-boyfriends are funny.
You'd think this was made clear after the singer's loyalists forced Abercrombie & Fitch to pull a shirt mocking the country star's former relationships just last month.
Yet less than a month later, an EDM-themed clothing company decided to sell a tank listing the last names of all of Swift's rumored beaus.
Swifties we're not amused. After Lex Houser and Andi Cross (the duo who run the indie brand) posted a picture of the tee on their Instagram account, it was instantly flooded with upset fans demanding it be removed.
"So I took down the picture—I don't really care—and they kept going. It got worse and worse," Houser told
Just how bad? Death threads were sent by Taylor's fans.
But the style pair refused to stop selling the shirt. In fact, they think they will make more money from all the attention and currently have it in five different colors on their website,
"Andi and I both had a history of being cyber bullied growing up, and these kids are thinking if they just tell us they're going to kill us and that 30 million people are going to attack us, that we would just do what they said," explains Houser.he company's response was completely different than A&F, who immediately pulled their top off shelves after fans created a petition on Change.org.
