Floyd Mayweather has revealed his BFF 50 Cent is weighing up a career in professional boxing, and could soon appear on a money-spinning pay-per-view bout.
‘Money’ Mayweather also confimed the G-Unit mogul is expanding his already huge business portfolio and getting involved in the lucrative boxing promotions industry.
During a media conference call ahead of his fight against Miguel Cotto on May 5, Floyd revealed Fif is already in the process of “getting involved with fighters,” and pointed to the rapper’s past boxing pedigree, which led to him competing in the Junior Olympics in the mid ’80s, as evidence he could compete in the ring.
Pretty Boy also touched on his long-standing bromance with 50, saying: “We don’t just have a friendship, we have a bond.”
